jiji3 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions; (b) jiji3 suspects fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity on your Account; (c) jiji3 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive; or (d) jiji3 determines that continued operation of your Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.
Upon termination of your Account for cause, jiji3 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in your Account where such balance is reasonably believed to be derived from fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity. Where termination is not for cause, jiji3 will return your verified balance to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting jiji3 support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method after deduction of any applicable fees and satisfaction of any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses.
If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of jiji3's services, you should first contact jiji3 support via live chat or email. jiji3 will acknowledge your complaint within two (2) business days and aim to resolve it within fourteen (14) business days.
